When planning a shower installation, there are many elements to pay attention to. In addition to the shower head, which can be mounted externally on a vertical wall or in the ceiling as a recessed shower head, the thermostat must also be considered.
So why does this matter? Well, at Rubinetterie Treemme we have decided to make the shower thermostat a true, highly functional design object.
Say goodbye to old-fashioned shower taps with two knobs for dispensing water. The shower thermostat offers two-way or five-way valves.
The thermostat allows the temperature to be adjusted automatically. A coaxial thermostat also allows you to adjust the water flow.
How so?
By means of a lever, display or knob, thus ensuring a safe and pleasant shower experience.
In terms of showerheads, do you prefer a classic or multifunctional option?
The world of showerheads has developed so much that these days, you can create a real spa experience right in your home: invigorating and cascading jets, therapeutic interplays of light and colour, and relaxing rainwater flows.

For each type of shower head, it is important to choose the right thermostatic tap both in terms of functionality and aesthetics. It is an element that becomes an integral part of a design system aimed at making the most of the bathroom space.
This is precisely our area of expertise at Rubinetterie Treemme, so we have included two innovative new Italian-made collections in our catalogue: Watt and W-70s.
Watt is a cutting-edge collection of recessed, mechanical and thermostatic shower mixers inspired by the world of lighting and illumination. The Q-Bic studio, who designed this line, wanted to give it a retro look reminiscent of vintage electrical plates.
The levers that turn the water off and on by adjusting its flow rate are reminiscent of light switches. Temperature is adjusted with a circular knob.
Watt is available in numerous brass and stainless steel finishes.

W-70s, in contrast, is a state-of-the-art collection of built-in shower thermostats.
Designed by Studio Kinowa, the W-70s collection recalls the look of old stereo systems.
Vintage style mixes with innovation and knowledgeable design. Turning on and adjusting the water is done through knobs. Temperature monitoring is done through a display, making it easy to set the temperature as needed.
W-70s is a collection made entirely of brass, and is available in numerous finishes that you can explore here.
